Schools already having affiliation to any national or state board wanting to switch over the need to submit the following documents:
1. Self-declaration statement.
2. Intimation letter to the Education Dept. or D.I. Office
3. Existing NOC of the Govt.
4. Society or Trust certificate or 30A certificate.
5. Fire NOC or Certificate from Govt. Registered fire Company.
6. Copy of the affiliation certificate of the National Board or State Board.
7. Building Completion Certificate or Building Structure Stability Certificate.
8. 3 years audited balance sheet of Society, Trust or Company.
9. Registered Deed of a land (If ownership) or 30 years or more registered lease deed or Rent Receipts of the last 5 years.
10. Declaration to be given by the school stating that the school will not enroll students to any other board once they have applied for switch over.
